Features
1. The main motor of our label printing machine uses an imported frequency conversion stepless speed regulating device.
2. The material feeding and discharging are controlled by a magnetic powder brake and clutch (Japanese Mitsubishi auto tension controller is optional).
3. The unwinder system is controlled by an auto-rectify sensor.
4. The label printing machine uses a ceramic Anilox roll which is characterized by durability, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The machine can be more efficient for reducing the times for changing Anilox roll in order to increase the printing efficiency.
5. The printing unit can adjust in 360 degrees. Each printing unit can independently mesh or loosen to enable the other printing units to continue printing.
6. The printing units are all equipped with a group of infrared dryers respectively.
7. Each infrared dryer device of printing unit can interchange with the UV dryer device.
8. The unwinder and rewinder of our label printing machine use a clipping device with air shaft.
9. The inking roller can automatically fall off at stoppage and transfer at low speed, in order to keep the ink from being dry and solid.
10. The roll feeding, printing, UV vanishing, auto infrared drying, laminating and rewinding can be completed in a coherent way in one process. The label printing machine has the advantages of wide application, non- population of printing ink, fast drying and printing and so on. The machine is ideal for various printing plants to print commercial bills, trademarks, paperboards, etc.
